Counterforce Solutions is actively seeking unarmed, less lethal and armed security professionals to fill vacancies within Counterforce Solutions Security Service Division, (CFSSD). The Security Service Division services clients throughout the state of Nevada and the Las Vegas Valley.


Counterforce Solutions offers paid training and covers tuition costs for attendance to Counterforce Training Academy and its affiliated companies, for continuing education and certifications for employees that complete their 90 day probationary period of employment. Training consists of and is not limited to: Situational Awareness, Workplace Violence Prevention, Crisis Prevention Institute Certification, Handcuffing, OC / Pepper Spray, Taser, Baton, collapsible and straight stick, & firearms.

Counterforce Solutions has its own in house trainer and is proud to have its own in house Firearms Instructor, who is Certified Firearms Instructor (CFI) with the State of Nevada Private Investigator Licensing Board (PILB). Employees needing sponsorship and or needing to requalify are entitled no cost requalification’s, post completion of probation.

Employment Eligibility

Applicants interested in employment with Counterforce Solutions must meet the minimum eligibility requirements below. Meeting the below requirements does not guarantee employment however, is the minimum required standard to apply.

1. Must possess an unexpired Nevada Private Investigator Licensing Board (PILB) Work card. Applicants interested in armed positions MUST possess an unexpired PILB armed work card.

2. Must possess an unexpired Nevada or other state ID or Driver’s License.

3. Appropriate & Professional Email & Resume.

4. 18 years of age or older.

5. Are not on any form of probation or parole.

6. Capable of passing a drug test before and after being hired.

7. Capable of passing and in-depth criminal history record check.

8. Not prohibited from owning or possessing weapons or firearms.

9. Possess A Smartphone capable of downloading regularly used applications.

10. Possess reliable means of transportation to and from work.
